My consumer no is 6612 in Avantika Enterprises. I have booked my gas cly in 10 of Feb 2015 but i have not received yet. mere mobile pr gas cly delivered ka massage bhi aa gya uske against mai cash memo no hai 3000150548. Agencies pr koi theek se baat nhi krta hai.har baar yhi khe diya jata hai ki ek do din mai delivered ho jayega. pl jaldi se jaldi reply kare.

My coustmer id no. is 23043, i have booked for filled cylender on 28/02/15,by request no. 162102, after that i have received 2 sms on my mobile, mentioning a voucher is generated againest your booking and then your voucher is cancelled.
Now on today, after 14 days from booking, i my still waiting for my filled cylender. Just i have dialled the Avantika Enterprises phone numbers, but the are out of service.
By above cercumstances, i am compelled to write this letter, do the needful as soon as possible.

Hello sir,
My father customer id is 25336 and they book gas cylinder on 1st,Apr 2015 but gas cylinder not delivery on 10,Mar 2015 (this sunday).
When i go to gas ajancy and I told him/her "I will complain your ajancy, if u dont give me gas cylinder on right time" then they gay give me cylinder on next day 11,May 2015 (Mon) but delivery boy don't Give me any receipt for delivered cylinder and take extra charge all time(10-20 Rs).
(This is not First time with my father. they do always with him.)
so, please you do some thing because my father is very old man they leave alone.
In-short:
1. Not delivered cylinder on right time
2. Take a extra charge for deliver boy every time (10 to 20 Rs)
3. Don't give me any receipt for delivered cylinder that time, they give me receipt where i call again and told him please give me my booking gas cylinder receipt.

Regarding subsidy of Last refill by Dr Sorabh Kumar Amarwal:

Dear sir/madam,
I (Dr Sorabh Kumar) Customer No.4030975 have registered with reference no. 2000069018 for rifill on 19.08.2015 and received cylinder with cash memo 3000068599. But i have not received subsidy of that refill in my account up to now.
So kindly do needful regarding this.
