Sir, I have two meters set up against BP 1000069539 and 1005519286 and have been waiting for service fore more than one year for service vide more than four demand notes which I have paid in between. I want to meet a competent officer who would call me to his office officially through a letter, so that I get his/her attention for a period of time such officer allots me. The 1912 is totally of no use. The officials respond do not seem to speak for CSPDCL as the courtesy they show falls short of the expectations of the consumer.

सर हमारे यहां केवल 2 कूलर 2 पंखे 2 इग्जस्ट या एक टीवी चलता है वो भी केवल साम को ना तो हम एसी इस्तेमाल करते हैं या ना वह ज्यादा इस्तेमाल करते हैं या हमारे पड़ोस में 2 टन एसी होता है लेकिन उनका बिल 1800 या हमारा 4700 कैसे कृपा हमें बताएं ये कैसे हो रहा है ?
