Non-delivery of Refil by Nazimuddin Ali Ahmed:

Sir,
My consumer number is CX18932299 and Distributor's name is Navadeep Gas Service, Goshala, Maligaon, Guwahati. On 17-10-2020, Refill Booking was done vide order No.325443 but the refill was not delivered to me. Again on 05-02-2021, Refill Booking was made vide Ref. No.2-001000629561. Online payment of Rs.793/- was also made by me against this order. (Ref No. 110077768717). As per message received in my mobile, expected delivery time was one day from the date of refill booking but till date, the refill has not been delivered to me. Kindly look into the matter and redress my grievance as early as possible.
