I have order Safari anti scratch purple large trolley bag and after 3 days I got to know that my order has been cancelled. Also, I got this information when I opened the app as I didn't get any kind of massage (Text) from Snapdeal .
And when I call customer care no body is responding properly regarding the issue.
Also, the product is available at Snapdeal at a higher price then why the Snapdeal give the reason that the product is not available.
If you could not provide the product in lower price then what is the use of providing so much offer or sale ?
TILL NOW I DID'NT GET MY MONEY REFUNDED IN MY BANK ACCOUNT.
Can you please confirm any date, when can I get my amount back.
