I have purchased royal Enfield bullet 500 desert storm bike on 14th July 2017 in Goa Saini Motors Margao and I found most of Parts are Rusted in one month’s time which shocking for me as this company is very reputed in the words market for Bikes You can call me 0n (09422639109)

Hi, my name is Kolins Fernandes. I bought Royal Enfield bike in my wife's name, Monica Fernandes, on 17th April 2017 and bike No. is GA-08 AK-7962. I am working in Dubai and I removed the battery and kept and now after fixing the battery, the bike starts but after acceleration it stops. I called up the Margao Showroom on 29th April 2018 and spoke to Mr. Jolden and he told me that he will be sending the Mechanic on 2nd Apri (charges agreed by me) but he didn't. Today from 10.30am to 12.30pm I was calling 00918306839197 and spoken to the lady atleast 5-6 times and she said the Service Advisor is busy and she will call back every time I called. Its 1.20pm now and still I did not get the call. This is very embarassing After Sales Services provided by Royal Enfield and I an unhappy. You can contact me on 00971507742787
The lady who picks up the phone is not ready to take the request but she told me that i need to speak to the Service Advisor first. Kindly take immediate action.
