I have had horrible experience buying a product from indiarush I ordered a saree in Oct 2017,i didn't like so return and asked for refund firstly the refund procedure is so difficult.. My order no is 100794840,they have been promising but just dates today I spoke to a floor walker called Raju Thapa,he should get a training for customer service while expressing my complaint he disconnected the call again I had call again I spoke to him.. But no solution now again waiting for a call back from someone babita with which whom I had spoke she promised that will refund. I would never ever recommend any one to shop from this site.. Worst experience ever.

These people are simply cheaters. they are not giving payments to vendors. i have been on of the sufferers. They are not clearing the amount of around 17000. It is around 7 months, we have been calling and mailing them. They dont even pick calls or reply the mails. The matter is of great concern and they must be booked for the same.
