Hello Sir,
This is in reference to the incident happened at prathana drive Inn at 7:20 pm on 03 Sunday May 2014,
We parked our car at a proper parking space and suddenly a guy came and parked his car in a area which was not a parking space at all ( near the theater which has a seating area and that was actually a passage) Inspite of our request he parked and we complained to the management and the manager without seeing he just said it's a parking area and though it was a passage, the manager without enquiring asked us to get the refund and leave the place, arguments started heating up and out of managers negligence of his duty we got angry and we my by mistake disrespected him out or anger(we didn't even uses abusive words) and they totally changed the topic and they created this issue as a big and they formed a gang it was all your employees (not security persons) and me and my brother where beaten up and I was feeling a awakened situation and we all left the premises with our family.
There is no room for a truth is that a way you treat your customers?
I agree that I spoke hard to the manager thats because he didn't even consider out issue and simply said that's a parking place and asked us to get refund and leave the place, even though it was not mention for parking which was 100% sure.
We all thanked your staff for bearing us and left the place,
We where disrespected and where made to sit in police vehicle,which was the first time experience for us.
I really don't feel what more to tell about this experience and about your staff, but I still remember the faces who bet us of no reasons.
