Disappointment about the security functioning by AJESH:

I would like to express my severe disappointment about the security functioning at technopark.
I Mr. Ajesh Babu working at Gvk Emri fourth floor Tejaswini was in utter shock to see my car clamp locked which was parked at my Designated slot. Upon enquiring in the security office, came to know that they have received an email for the same however there was no email sent from our office to lock the car.
Later again checking with the station officer and assignment officer they said that they haven’t received an email, however received verbal communication from one of our employees to lock the car.
I would like to question on a verbal request can the car be locked and that is how the security mechanism functions at technopark.
Requesting you to reply to this email with the name of the person who has raised the complaint, release clamp lock with immediate effect and also avoid doing these kind of illogical mistakes in the future and release the clamp.
