rude and unprofessional behaviour of sales executive by pragya:

i have showed interest in getting UPVC doors and buildings for my hospital project on 5 of May on FB messenger and was informed that I shall be contacted by a representative.Then there was a call on monday ,the 7 of may which was missed as the call went on waiting.I received a message that I should tell the time when it is convinient for me to talk which I mentioned as 4:30pm-5:15pm.Your executive called me at 7:30 in the evening and i told him to call at 10 am in the coming morning as I was busy.I didnot get a call.Itried calling that on the number and the call was not going through.Then I went on the site and sent and email regarding my requirement again.Now I am getting a call from Mr Nitai ,mobile number 8448293729 and he is fighting and shouting at me that I have a person assigned and why I am asking again and again.I tried telling him the problem but he went on shouting at me.Is this the way a reputed company like yours deal with prospective customers?Highly offended.Please take necessary action.
