DearTeam,
It is very disappointed to know that, we could not able to purchase any accessory of Pure IT RO+MF. And on the other hand your are charging visit fees of Rs 300 for replacement of the germ kit. We are purchasing germ kit approx Rs. 2500 and still you are charging a visit fees for installment. We are not happy with your product as it needs yearly expenses of Rs 3000 or more where as cost of complete unit is not more than 6500.
Pls recheck the same and advise us for feasible solution.
