We did not get proper response / reply through my CRM on below issues-
1. At the time of booking marketing officer explained that company will give cash back of Rs. 125000 with in 50 days which is not yet received.
He aslo explained that GST for first home buyers will be 8% accordingly invoice wil be revised after few days, government also reduced GST rate till now it is not revised and i am paying 12% DST.
2. Delay in possession but compensation not yet initiated.
3. Still actual possession date is not finalized / communicated to us.
Afterall I have realised that I have done big mistake that I have booked flat in Shriram property because of its brand name.
Here i am asking, is it a level of company who plays with customers hard money & emotions.
I am expecting all above issues will be resolved asap.
