Hi Team,
I booked a bus from Cuddalore to Chennai,travel date Oct 9th 2023 4.00pm
I received a call from RMT office saying that bus delayed by 1 hr. Later when we called around 4.15to the driver we were informed they haven't started from Chidambaram.Again I called office and asked @ 4.30 pm as I want to start accordingly from home.We got the same irresponsible answer @ 5 bus will be there in Cuddalore.After reaching Guindy Chenni I need to travel an hour.So We asked why we are getting 2 different answers.The response from the lady was "These questions are to be asked to driver "
.What kind of irresponsible answer is this .Then what for you have person in each office? to answer the customer 's question right?..
I received a call from driver around 4.55 saying that bus will be there by 5.30 to 5.45... this is nearly 2 hrs delay from the actual booked time.But even by 4.45 pm this lady is saying bus will come by 5.00pm.Why there is a lack of communication within your team?.
Tha Lady confirmed that my money will be refunded within 3 to 4 days from 9th October.I asked whether I should cancel or not....she said no steps required from my side...My seat number is W11 she noted and said she will note down as cancelled ..will automatically refund to my account.

21.10.23 night bus chennai to Kumbakonam I have travelled in which the seat was not comfortable and pushback has not worked properly. Which gives me an unpleasant journey. I couldn't able to sleep.please consider compensation for this.
