Sir,
Vijay, your Sales Executive continuously called me for renewal. On refusal, he kept chasing me for another package offering 2 Health Check up vouchers and Five OPD physical consultation vouchers etc. To get over the harassment, I purchased the package only to be told now that there is only one Health check up voucher and physical OPD consultation is not available instead discount at certain hospitals may be available. Before taking plan I had categorically asked for availability of physical consultation in Global Hospital , Parel only and that too for for Cardiology, Urology and nephrology. He confirmed these to be available. Now Vijay is not taking call. Obviously he has cheated a long time customer of over 10 years. Please take remedial action immediately as his call records should be available with you or else I have his call records and I will file criminal complaint against the company.
