Subject: Extended Warranty for Sony Bravia 47" TV
My one year warranty is expiring on 28th Feb 2015. I called your office this morning to
inquire about extended warranty. I hv bn told by yr telephone operator that since you
do not have the extended warranty card, I have to wait till you get the cards. Please
note that you can't refuse extended warranty if you do not have cards before 28th Feb.
Pl call me and let me know when you will be able to give extended warranty. I hv cash memo
and original warranty card. You can send some one with the extended card and I will pay
the amount.
