I have submitted my handset on 7th November 2015 since it had charging issues.
Its been 3 weeks exact now, but still I havent received my handset. Every 2-3 days I am constantly following with the service center for the status, all i get to hear everytime is the same stuff that some part of my handset is not working and it will take 2-3 days for its replacement. Everytime I call I get the same excuse. I dont understand y the hell you people cant check all the parts at the same time and get them replaced. Everytime some new part is being replaced. This is the height of delay. If you cannot repair, why cant you provide for replacement. Its in warranty period still. I have also used nokia phone earlier, but they were quick in taking decission and provided me with immediate replacement. We dont spent 20 to 25 thousand on phones to keep waiting at your service center.
Neither have you provided me with any back up handset. If you cannot provide please remove the banner from your shop saying that you provide Back up handsets.
This is very pathetic.
