On 22 august 2017 I bought a micromax canvas 1 mobile phone from mamta telecom sec2 market ranchi. I have discovered that the phone has the following problems like get heat soon , hanged time to time , get a pause during music player and video player , respond slowly and some other also.This all problems came after buying of 15 days and I told the shop but they ignore.The consumer right act and sale of goods act 1979 makes it an implied term of the contract that goods be as described of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.As you are in breach of contract I am entitled to have the phone refunded and I would request that you will do this within the next 7 days otherwise I Wii file a case in consumer court against your company.
