Sir, I have purchased the lenovo mobile K6power form Mohan Shopping at thanjavur on 26.03.2017. Suddenly, the mobile network is not available, then I return the mobile to the Mohan shopping for servicing, But, they told me that it is not coming under warranty,so it incurred the charges is Rs: 4000/-Then I have handed over to the lenovo service centre at thanjavur M/s. Sun Electronics, but they have also demanded the amount of Rs: 5000/- for servicing. So, I regret to say that it is a bad experience for purchasing the Lenovo brand mobile.
