Sir,I have Samsung galaxy tab 3 sm-t211, I would like to know how can I use external memory card to save downloaded files, because it automatically saved in device memory and prevent smooth functioning of system due to lack memory capacity in internal memory. Thanks for your suggestions.

Bought on jan 2nd samsung tab3 model no sm t311 and my mobile number is 9966655211 my tab is not working properly the problem is tab is not getting charged

on 22nd i given my mobile in Rajahmundry Samsung Customer care and i taken delivery on 23th Nov 16. But , my issues are not resolved. Again i am facing problems with my devise , which i elevated at customer care.
i am not having time to go customer care daily.

i have contacted the samsung service centre in rajahmundry to get repaired my mobile screen display(samsung galaxy a7 2017 version. when i went there. they told me that it will cost 7500 and i have to pay 5000 first in order to start the repair.this took place on 07-04-2017.i accepted and i payed the money as they told.but since then they have not even touched my phone. its not yet repaired.if i call to the manager of that branch,he tell all the silly stories and escapes from the place or diverts the issue.im a doctor and i have a lot of work with my personal smart phone.this issue will affect my work a lot.they wont even show intrest in answering to questions of the custmor.if this issue is not resolved within short span im gonna complain and lodge a complain against this in consumer court.
