Hi,
I am presently living in Raipur CG. I am using Samsung 850 NHC washing machine that needs to be checked for some problems. I cant find any customer care no or service center no. where I can register my complain. I know it is nearly impossible to get properly running service centers in Raipur. So, is there any suggestions that could help me, or should I sell my machine and get a maid to wash clothes, like old times.

I am from kanker district (CG) I have complained many times for my refrigerator in near by service center but they have no idea about the solution and the service is third class . I must say as Samsung says that our service is best it is not even close to it . The lower portion of my refrigerator is not cooling and I have complained in near by service center (Dhamtri) But no action as been taken by them.
