I purchasing Samsung ear phone worth Rs,600 through flipkart,, on 24th December 2016,, its under warranty,,i will submitted the same complaint to Samsung service center vinoba road mysore,, complaint registered at 3/3/2017th,,, today 7th but no phone call and no response from the center,,, another company,s are on the spot solve this type cases,, but Mysore service center workers and service is very laziness,,, me and my family decided to resign to Samsung from today,,, thanks
