defective food processor by venkat:

I ordered a morphy richards icon 1000 watt food processor through Amazon on 17 Aug. 2018.
I have gifted the same to my cousin in Germany. He tells me now that
1. Vegetable cutter is not working from day 1 ( he used it for the first time, only recently )
2. Bigger jar's washer came out of its place, so unable to use the processor at all.
When an enquiry was made in the local showroom they advised to send mail i believe.
Amazon order no :408 - 4583688-0405940, order date : 17 Aug 2018, delivered at Choolaimedu, chennai.
Kindly help us out at the earliest, i believe there is a 2 year replacement warranty.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have been using Morphy Richards for about 10 years, I have used iron, grinder, mixer, and sandwich maker, and there is no complaint, even after these many years of usage.
As per this trust, I have ordered a hand blender 300W, but its bottom part is not working properly. I have replaced the product twice but there is the same issue.
It has a vertical play of about 10mm due to which sometimes it rotates and sometimes does not.
Please check this quality issue, as this is not a good thing for a brand like you, this is a serious issue and it removes the practicality of the product. The hand blender is of no use if it's not rotating.

I have booked a complaint for Morphy Richards New Eutopa 800 Watt Espresso & Cappuccino 4 Cup Coffee Maker with Call ID CHAH130822001120136 dated 13 August 2022. Even after continuous follow ups, we still have not received any support from your team to rectify the problem.
This is a very poor service from Morphy Richards even when the product is in warranty.
Kindly look into the matter and provide a technician by EOD today to rectify the machine.

I bought juicer mixer on 2nd october it is not working same give i am complaining on complaint no suggestion till now,I have written a complaint three or four times but no call has come from service department, today it has been 15 days, this is a new product, this is a little service, I am going to consumer court in very poor service
