To the Manager,
Axis Bank,
I have applied for Personal Loan of Rs.75,000 in your reputed bank.I have submitted my documents with filled application form on 28th December,2017(Application Serial No:8004335400).The bank people have told me that the loan will be sanctioned within 7days.
Later on Agreement was signed on 10th January,2018 and have also submitted 4cheques as asked.At that time it was told within 2days the amount will be credited to the account.After 5days,since there was no revert from bank,I upfrontly called Me.Gajanan(the person who came to collect Documents).He was not having any idea.Later on,I received call from Ms.Seemamaur saying that there was some overwriting done by bank people on one of the cheque so they haven't processed the loan further.My question is that why it took so long(almost 15days) to inform me this and I only called then they they this reason.
My loan executive was Ms.Seemakaur Bhoher,Employee No.159343.It is very sad to know that reputed bank such as Axis recruits unprofessional employees.She is not giving proper answers, talking rudely on phone and on calling repeatedly not receiving calls.Such attitude towards customers is not accepted.
As much of my time has been wasted in this,I would like you to cancel my loan request,there are many other bank which will be giving loan in less time. It had been a terrible experience with Axis Bank.
