Sir I have brought moto g3 from flipkart.. About a week ago, now I am facing problems like hanging and 2nd sim slot is not working . the speaker doesn't play the music sometimes

I have brought moto g3 from flipkart about a weak ago.. I inserted only single sim first time and when now when I inserted 2nd sim it is not detecting and while playing music the speaker suddenly stops playing.. Could you please give me the feedback regarding this
