past 4 days, the mentioned prepaid connection with the # 9819971152, due to network problem in the area, can recieve/make inaudible calls. complaint #300752219985 has been lodged on the compalint number pf Vodafone.
Request your team to attend to the problem on priority, as the connection belongs to an immobile 80 year old senior citizen, who stays alone, and will require assistance at odd hours of the day. His relatives are unable to contact them. This is an emergency.
