They gave me a bill which was not orginal bill I demand fr original but they said we have only this

I have been trying your all helpline numbers including Patiala service centre number 9914125005 I got from net...... but to no vein........ pls let me know from where I can get the above titled genuine battery as I have this set having no problem accept battery low...... also I have changed with a new one of Intex but to no success...........
