I have purchased Micromax canvas nitro A311 about 2 month ago. initially it work well but now it start heat up & during receiving the call its getting switch off 3-4 times

Two months period lapsed. For repair of Micromax A311 at Hamirpur. They told lie that Set sent further to Bilaspur.When I went today to Bilaspur centre there was not sent.Which I know from the Bilaspur centre. At present I am waiting for my
Unrepaired Mob.that told now on others shop. Pl. Look in to the matter to avoid further harassment to customer.
