Dear customer care executives
I have purchased new car Alto lxi on 14-Dec-2020 from ONE UP MOTOR IND. PVT. LTD , 52-C Singar Nagar Alambagh Kanpur Road Lucknow bearing registration no UP32LW1618 Registration date 02-Jan-2021 (Superior white) named Mss Lubna Khatoon. The first service of my car was done by S.B. CARS PVT.LTD. workshop no 3, UNNAO on 27-01-2021 and filled customer service maintenance record booklet as in attachment. My Alto was delivered on same day post servicing. After few km travel, while going back to my home, suddenly my car was stopped. I was unable to restart and to find the snag. I contacted to same service centre S.B. CARS PVT.LTD. He send technician on same place where my car was stopped. Technician found missing the drain plug of engine oil tank which was removed during servicing in workshop and informed to workshop manager regarding missing drain plug and engine was seized. The car was towed back to work shop on 28-01-2021. The engine was seized due mistake did by service centre. From 28-01-2021, my car is in S B service centre UNNAO and I am using a rental car for my personal work.
Now I want new car , compensation as I am using rental car and clarification regarding the above mentioned issue.

Dear sir.
I have purchase maruti eeco seater car van in March 2021. 3 times services of said vehicle have taken and I have lodged complaints request that left side gate and fuel pumps have defect and not working properly. Inspite repeated request and complaints -no any solutions made by service center. Arachan singh of service center at Kanpur has asked for service 09.sep.2022 often keeping fifteen days by vehicle at service center on any solution made and she has charge 500/= bar service. Please do need full. To short.out defect of by vehicle. At soon as early possible or otherwise I will lodge complaint.
