Pathetic Service by Lalit Mohan:

Pathetic Service recieved by Fairdeal service team. I have given my Baleno DL5CN2420 for servicing yesterday, the guy who was handeling my query has promised me that i will get the car same day after service but at 6 pm in the evening he calling me stating that car is finished with the service but none of the driver is ready to deliver it same day. I was very irate and disappointed by his answer as i was not expecting this from Fairdeal team. Now today i got call from that same executive named Lalit (8447749717) saying that petrol is in reserve in the car which was again a very annoying statement before giving my car for service I have make the person check the meter reading and Fuel which was half filled with petrol. My car was at service centre over night I dont know what happened to it and what these service guys did with the petrol.
This kind of service from Fairdeal service centre to the customers are just not appropriate and causes lot of inconvenience . I have already booked one more car at nexa but now it is creating Question Mark on your reliability. I am doubtful now whether to trust Fairdeal again and suggest it to my family and freinds.

as promised wheel alignment and balancing not done
felt very sad know even paper mat has been charged
will not suggest fairdeal,sahibabad for service again.
