This is very sad to say that lg after sale service is not at all upto the mark .I bought lg washing machine and is in warranty .I have called lg technician and he came and charged Rs 300 saying the parts got damaged and we will get back to you with the parts within a week but it almost a 3rd week and no update from their end .When i am calling to the provided number its is switched off .Please let me know where can get resolution fotlr my issue .
