I have purchased a lg brand ac from 1 year and 3 months. And till now not for a single time the servicing has been done by the the service center of gaya by them willingly as they should come atleast for a single to check their device whether it working properly or not and if customer is facing some problem. As such type of brand recognition company should not do this as this comes under consumer rights for availing the services after purchasing also. And this branded company fails in providing this services to their customers. At last I just want to say that i am totally dissatisfied from such a branded company as I was not expecting such unprofessional thing from such recongonised company.
