A LG refrigerator purchased on Dhanteras day-2016 from Aditya Vision, Darbhanga,Bihar.It develpoed a problem in compressor,when it starts for cooling,there is a sound khatar-khatar. We have complained several times but there is no solution.Once an service engineer came and took vedio,audio etc and told that we will discuss with upper level officer regarding solution. Reason is the number given through sticker on the body. Last two digits not available.It may be possible that last two digits torn by a child or it was not there from beginging. The number is 608PRNF0755--.It is requested to clear the problem as we have 10 years guarantee on compressor so that the bond between LG company and a customer increased.
