my microwave of your valuable company LG, were running smoothly. but unfortunately due to transferable Job and mishandled by cooking servant its not working. one of service engineer told me that its touch PCB is not working. so can you arrange a service engineer at Bhopal. its around 17 years old and that time it was the latest model.
