Dear Concern , I had purchased 2 bottle of 1 liter each of Gare oil " Gulf Glide " EP90 for to change Car Gare oil of my car at Khamgaon -Taluka , of Buldhana location .
He sold me seal broken n duplicate oil and now refused to accept his fault and wrong practice .
He argue with us try to blem on mY head that I personally broken the seal of oil bottle and came to his door for justice .
Myself is working in HDFC bank as a Senior Manager and I know the important of customer complaint, it's resolution and how they impact on company reputation .
But this dealer is quite arrogant , unethical behaviour and doing cheating with customer who believe in Gulf Oil for their quality and performance of products .
Here i request to take strong action against him and justice to such improper practice by your dealer .
