sir, i 've bought karbonn A11 star(white)online,after three months its operating system is damaged and i was told that the entire set will be replaced. but for the last two months i was harassed repeatedly and i still did'nt got my mobile back.
i'm planning to take this matter to 'consumer's forum',if no suitable steps were taken.
