Sir good after noon
Complaint lodged to your service centre through reliance market and your rep checked the intex tv on 10 Sep 2018 and found fault to tv that software not working properly . Software complaint lodged by me for firm for repair of tv.
But your rep not reported till date and send immediately our home.

I bought tv last year from reliance shop which is located in Dehradun near sabji Mandi and it’s under warranty period but my tv doesn’t activate when I try to open it remain blank as if nothing almost and I complained about this at reliance store on 8 August 2019 but till now also no movement no one came to visit at my place since 4 days have passed during purchase time they said if any problem occurs within 48 hours technicians will come at our place but after purchasing I think there business ship is over if it remains same than I am sure no one will believe in such a product which doesn’t remain there word at last
