my 5 months old iball andi 4.5m enigma touch panel stops working.i went to the iball service center madurai for get repaired.the service center guy said touch panel not in stock will repair it after touch panel arrive.it will come within a week.i called service center after a week he said touch panel is not available and solution date for you is coming next week so you will get a new mobile as replacement of your device within a week.so i called after a week and again he said touch panel is not in stock so your device will get repaired next week.now its 16 days are passed still now i didn't get my mobile repaired.iball after sale service is very very bad.my document no. : 133031561810449 document date : 10/06/2015 4:20:45 pm service center : best it world (india) private limited - madurai
