Highly disappointed with the service provided.
Submitted my car to body shop, got an extra dent on the door. Car was not at all cleaned from inside as well as outside. Seats, mats etc. were not cleaned after the work. Service assistance was zero.
There was no Feedback form available when asked. Even i have not received the feedback call till now.

I am highly disappointed with the nimbus staff. I had booked the I20 on 5th July 2016 and asked for the delivery on 19th July 2016. Mr Saurabh confirmed the same. All the formalities got completed and payment was made before the due date. Yesterday got the call from Saurabh telling the car could not be provided on 19th July as monkey has damaged the car. Now they are offering us another car with different colour at Rs 20000 less. This is highly unprofessional from a company which is in existence from last so many years.
