This complaint is regarding Insurance renewal section ( Ford prefered insurance
WE renewed Ford Prefered insurance on 22 sep 2015
FBA/1400018135 Motor insurance of DOROTHY De Sa
But till date i have not received my insurance document, neither by email nor hard copy
The Panaji office didnt bother to deliver it nor inform me about the renewal
On the contrary i am making several calls to the Panaji office and they promised to deliver the policy
docu. but still not got it till date
Such a one month delay speaks of negligence on the part of the company and poor customer relationship
I kindly request you to look into the matter and direct your subordinates to deliver it immediately
