Dear Sir

Few days back ,I placed my car Ford Fiesta at Ford workshop Nowgam Srinagar for repair of Front Bumper , a tyre and minor dent on Bonnet and condenser which Was damaged due to my vehicle got skidded and hit
a pole nearby , now they have repaired it and demanding huge Rs 147000 (one lac forty seven thousand ) for this repair.
They are justifing it by saying they have changed head lights
,fog lights , side mirror ,wind shield and some mechanical
Parts without my consent which were in good condition.
I am totally Shocked what to do??
