Reliance broadband sucks

My user id is 363135904574, My connection is not working Since 29th August, I struggled myself to get my complain to higher authority (I thought its absolute but... its more worse) on 3rd sept a complaint no. 237223458 with athlete authority (that what they call themselves 'athlete' ) of reliance was registered which is useless till date.
Every day they just say 'we escalated your complaint, our backend office will solve it'. I think there is no backend office and its an eyewash. They really never care about a customer even if he/she burns their blood any issue. They cold enough to say same thing everyday. I really wonder why do even attend calls when they decided to kill you with their silence and service. Its been a month now. Today I got another complaint number 2380331436... my agony continues forever with issues of reliance service / customer care...
