The scholarship is only available for the Orphan children who are residing in the Kerala state of India. Through the implementation of this Snehapoorvam scholarship, many different benefits and incentives will be provided to the orphans of the Kerala state. These orphans will be able to continue their education without any worry of financial burden or without ever been a financial burden on the family who is undertaking other expenses related to them.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the scheme you need to follow the following eligibility criteria given below:-
The applicant must be a resident of Kerala state
The applicant must be an orphan
An applicant must be studying in any of the government or private school of Kerala state
The applicant must belong to below the poverty line
For children belonging to APL Category, the annual income must be-
Below 20,000 for rural areas
Below 22,375 or less for urban areas

To apply for the scholarship you need to follow the simple procedures given below:-
Visit the Official Website link given here On the homepage, click on KSSM Web Application
A new webpage will be displayed on your screen
Click on the login button
Click on New Institution Register option
Fill all the required details
Finally, login using your user Id and password.
The Registration process will begin
Fill all the required details.
Selection Procedure
After you have successfully registered yourself for the scholarship scheme you need to undertake the following procedure in order to get selected for the benefits of the scholarship:-
You have to submit your application form to the concerned government or private institution in which you are taking your classes.
Your application form will be checked for the eligibility criteria by the concerned official which has been appointed by the government.
The head office will submit the Application Form Pdf through the online portal to Executive Director, Kerala Social Security Mission.
If you are found eligible for the scholarship then the financial fund will be submitted to your bank account.
