As i have completed my course of BCA on 2007, since i have received only provisional certificate, Degree certificate,etc. But not yet received course completion certificate, i m trying to apply for my higher study unfortunately unable to apply without course completion certificate in Madras University. Kindly do the needful.

SO I WILL SENT THIS COMPLAINT TO YOU.
FURTHERMORE, IFWILL NOT ANY TAKE ACTION AGAINST THIS PETITION, I WILL FILL COMPLAINT AND CLAIM AGAINST YOUR UNIVERSITY SIR.
