Shri Guru Ram Rai Education Mission in Dehradun, Uttarakhand was founded in the year 1952 by Late 9th Shri Mahant Indresh Charan Dass Ji Maharaj to provide quality education to all sections of the society. He was one of the greatest freedom fighters, scholars and educationists and had a vision to spread “Education for all”. His mission was fulfilled under the supervision and vibrant leadership of his successor, Shri Mahant Devendra Dass Ji Maharaj.
Since its establishment, Shri Guru Ram Rai Education Mission imparts quality education to all and especially focuses on the poor, low income group and deprived classes of the society and offer courses at very nominal rates to them.
At present, the Mission has 122 institutions in northern India offering courses in English and Hindi medium from nursery to PhD. From a wide range of courses, one can choose the most suitable one and can study further at economical rates.
