Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University is located in Raipur and is one of the renowned Universities of the city. It was once the prime source of education in Raipur and dates back to 1964. The University has earned its name after the then Chief Minister of the State of Madhya Pradesh- Pandit Ravi Shankar Shukla.
