Request for Review and Restoration of Credit Card 4514 5618 0134 9780 and 5334 6700 0081 4307Limit by Rayappa L Budihal:

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my concern regarding the recent reduction in the credit limit on my Axis Credit Cards, specifically the cards with the following numbers:
1. 4514 5618 0134 9780
2. 5334 6700 0081 4307
Both of these cards have been in my possession for a considerable period, and I have diligently utilized them within the previously assigned credit limit of Rs. 115,000/-. I have always maintained timely payments and have a clean track record in terms of credit card usage.
To my surprise, I received a notification today indicating that the credit limit on both of these cards has been reduced to Rs. 71,000/-. This reduction has occurred without any prior authorization or communication from my end. I would like to understand the reason behind this sudden decrease in my credit limit.
Given my consistent and responsible usage of the credit cards, I believe that the reduction in the credit limit may be an oversight or error. I kindly request you to review my account and consider restoring the previous credit limit of Rs. 115,000/- for each card.
Moreover, considering my long-standing relationship with Axis Credit Cards and my financial requirements, I would like to request a further enhancement of the credit limit to at least Rs. 250,000/- on each card. This increase in the credit limit would greatly facilitate my transactions and provide me with the necessary flexibility in managing my finances.
I understand that these matters require due diligence, but I would appreciate prompt attention to this issue and a timely response. Please do not hesitate to contact me if any further information is needed from my end.
