Sir,
This is to register my complaint regarding unhygienic and stinking food servings to us in wave 2.0 cinema Theatre Pali Marwar, Rajasthan.
I, with my son and with 2 of my friends, booked tickets for a movie on 17th Dec 2022, 6:00pm show for Movie AVATAR. Meanwhile we ordered popcorn, cold drinks, french fries and spring rolls. The popcorns were completely not edible as they were tasted bitter and stinking rancid so we returned them complaining the same which had been taken back by the person on the counter after a little argument. Later on we had french fries and spring rolls in the theatre. The very next day (18 to 20 hours later) I suffered from fever, diarrhea and vomiting, considering it food poisoning, I started simple medicine but as the hours passed it became severe, I got bedridden and I had to consult a doctor and started aggressive treatment for the food poisoning.
This is to mention that in between that I did not consume any outside food and water and when I discussed with other people who went with me to movie theatre, they also complained the same hence I can clearly say that all of us developed this food poisoning because of the unhygienic food served in movie theatre.
This is my humble request from you to please enquire about the same for the concerned place as this is totally intolerable and this is a case of health negligence of people of Pali. Kindly inspect the place from a food and safety organisation and something is really going wrong out there. We can't lose our health like this. kindly do the needful.
