I want to disconnect my postpaid idea4G No-9089015746 with immediate effect due to personal reason.I have cleared the latest outstanding bill amount Rs3720 on 09.05.2019. This is to inform you that my idea Number is +91 9111999729 ,I have been using this number from a long time but i have recieved a bill of about Nearly 25,000 in the month of August 2019 ,1. i have Recieved a bill of about 6000/- in the month of july 2019 generated a bill on 27 th july 2019 then i immediately i cancelled my international Roaming on my Number Still I have got charged for the same Issue of about 17,000 in the following month so hereby i am conforming you that i will pay the bill of 6000 which has been genuine ,hence by considering it renew my same number again for which you have stopped the services ,If you are not willing to reactivate my Idea number then i am going to disconnect all the 10 Numbers which are of your network used by my family Memebrs at once .
