I need to initiate a formal complaint against Testhouse in Trivandrum Technopark due to their apparent retention policy violation during my resignation process. They held my final settlement without providing a detailed breakdown and demanded a repayment without proper clarification. Despite my refusal to return assets until receiving a clear settlement explanation, they proceeded legally and returned some funds without any justification from the local SI. I'm sharing this to ensure others don't experience such unethical practices.
