Your commuting 3 free service of AC in 1 Year from date of purchase. But we had purchase AC of 1T on 13 April 2021 but till date not single service given by company , so we request to please send service person for servicing our AC.

I am Jagdeep Singh R/O- Village- Pandrali, District - Fatehgarh Sahib, Punjab, India , i have purchased LLOYD AC on 21/06/2023, I After installation same day when i switch on AC after some time AC creat problem Water Leakage and Same day i registered my complaint on LLOYD customer Care they said your complaint will be resolved within 24hour to 48 hour within this time no one reach at my home after 48 hour again call to customer care they said till evening our mechanic reach at you home but no one come again call to customer they said tomorrow evening mechanic will reach i wanto say every day i call to customer care they have same word but till now no one come to my home please solve it as soon as possible . i am very disappointed with your services
