Dear Sir
I would like to submit my suggestion which may be useful suits and you can adopt it, which may help to fetch quality/sales of your product. Nowadays living style has changed, every family is working both husband &wife they don’t have much time to spare to attend household work apart from kitchen work for cooking food.
Generally every couple will not have sufficient time for washing clothes they don’t have much time to soak clothes in soap liquid and soft touch to eliminate infect ant smell from the cloths. Now a day’s living style has been changed most of them nearly 90% are staying in apartments as result cloths are not directly exposed to sun rays. To eliminate the pungent smell from the clothes will be a big task for them.
Please introduce washing powder with a flavor of “DETTOL/ SAVLON” with your brand name which over come from the problem and captures the market and sales will beat the present market leader’s sales. This will help consumer use only one product instead of two products like soap liquid and soft touch liquid to eliminate pungent smell from the clothes
In case my suggestion suits please implement, otherwise ignore it

I had recently purchased your product under reference. One thing I noticed is that while pressing the tube a lot of vacuum space is filled to minimise the paste quantity. It was a bad experience for me from the world wide pharmaceuticals like yours. This is just to bring to your attention.
